Try to share any overwhelming burden, it still works; to share burden
and to get relieved, you cannot keep bottling it up, keeping it all to yourself, you cannot continue to allow those heavy thoughts weigh you down.
I am so sure that not all your friends will condemn you, not all your friends will shout at you, not all your friends will discuss your discrete matters in public or take advantage of you, but if all of your friends are capable of these, then I think you need a new set of friends, you need to shop for new friends. #FriendsMarket
But ultimately, there is no friend like Jesus, and that is why we need to draw near to him and He will draw near to us.
Remember the scripture that says "we do not have an High priest that is not touched by the feelings of our infirmities" (another version of the bible says "feelings of our inadequacies and imperfections"). Hebrews 4:15
He knows how weak you are, He knows that you are stranded, He understands that you are at the crossroads and know not where to turn, there is no need to form been strong before God.
I know that the Lord is my shepherd and He lies me down in green pasture, He restores my soul, for His name sake. Psalms 23:2-3
